Play Group

Play groups are a great way to organize your plays. This is a guide on how you can create and manage groups of plays.

To view your groups of plays, head to your team's Plays page.

Create a group of plays

Before you can create a play group, you'll need to have created a play. For a guide on how to create a play, head to Plays.

Play Group

Create a group of plays

Method 1: From the plays list

Navigate to your team's Plays page

Hover over the play you want to add to a group

Click the three dots menu

Click the "Add to group" option

Choose "create new group"

Select the plays you want to add to the group

Add a name for your group

Click the "Create group" button

View your group

Method 2: Automatically create a group

Create a play with the same name as an existing play

Rename a group of plays

Method 1: From the plays list

Hover over the group you want to rename

Click the three dots menu

Click the "Rename group" option

Enter the new name for your group and hit "Save"

Method 2: When viewing a group

Select the group to rename

Open the three dots menu and select "Rename group"

Enter the new name for your group and hit "Save"

Add a play to a group

Method 1: Create new play

Select the group to add play(s) to

Click the "Add plays" button in the top right

Select "Create new play"

Draw your play and save it

Method 2: Add existing play(s)

Select the group to add play(s) to

Click the "Add plays" button in the top right

Select "Add existing plays"

Select the plays you want to add to the group

Click the "Add play(s)" button in the top right

Remove a play from a group

Select the group to remove a play from

Hover over the play you want to remove

Open the three dots menu and select "Remove from group"

Press "Remove" to confirm

Print or Download a group of plays

Select the group to print

Open the three dots menu and select "Download as PDF"

Share or print the PDF

Ungroup plays

Method 1: From the plays list

Hover over the group you want to ungroup

Click the three dots menu

Click the "Ungroup plays" option

Hit the "Ungroup" button

Method 2: When viewing a group

Select the group to ungroup

Open the three dots menu and select "Ungroup plays"

Hit the "Ungroup" button
